Using steps as follows:

(1) Use a soft wool brush for brushing. After each brushing, ignite to dry; confirm that the mould is completely extinguished (blow with compressed air to ensure safety) and then brush again;

(2) Number of brushing: In order to ensure the effect of the coating and prevent the casting from sticking to the sand, the number of brushing should in principle ensure that the thickness of the coating can completely cover the sand mold. After brushing, no sand or pits or gaps between sand particles can be seen on the surface of the sand mold.

This product will not harden. If the adjusted coating is not used up on the same day, cover it, and when it is used again, stir evenly before use.
